What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to send email updates and target online updates and marketing on social media sites..
We may share this information with social media providers and other organisations who allow us to provide email services. Currently our email services are provided by MailChimp and we use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google (for YouTube and Google ads) to promote our content.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored in password protected accounts on MailChimp and Google Drive.
We keep personal information such as email addresses for ten years. We will then dispose your information by deleting from our service provider accounts and our records.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
